If you haven’t heard already, Apple has gone on a “rampage” trying to ban any and everything that is not the Apple iPhone 4. In their latest attempt according to a July 8th filing with the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, Apple is looking to BAN (where have we heard that before) most of all HTC’s Android devices. Apple belives that HTC is allegedly infringing five patents related to software architecture and user interfaces in their portable electronic devices, hardware for touch screens and movement sensors

“HTC is dismayed that Apple has resorted to competition in the courts rather than the marketplace. HTC continues to vehemently deny all of Apple’s past and present claims against it and will continue to protect and defend its own intellectual property as it has already done this year.” said Grace Lei, HTC’s general counsel.

One would think the best way to stay above the curb would be to apply new and innovative ideas and changes to the iPhone’s hardware and software. The sad part is that Apple has proven that they are content with taking these sort of cases to the court room and throwing hissy fits every time they see the competitors numbers.

So to you Mr. HGIC (head guy in charge) instead of dealing with this like a pissed off high school brat and running to daddy to fix it, make better products and cease any further production of recreating the original iPhone. ♠
