Hotties, Hot Girl Summer is NOT over! Last night, Aug.29, 2020, Houston’s own, Megan Thee Stallion performed in her first ever hour-long livestream concert on Tidal. It was nothing short of well-executed production and choreography, as the show began flames from the corners of the stage erupted to announce the Houston Hottie has made her triumphant return to the stage. A total of six dancers accompanied her during her sets, each, including Megan performing as if they were live in concert, only this time it was Livestream. During the performance, Meg Thee Stallion encouraged all viewers to stand up, wherever they were, and “Shake That A**!”. Performing all of her major hits like: Savage, Hot Girl Summer, Girls In The Hood, Freak Nasty, Sex Talk, Pimpin..etc Along with collaborative singles like the most recent multi-platinum hit, W.A.P (Cardi B),  Nasty (DaBaby), Big Booty (Gucci Mane), RNB (Young Dolph), Freak (Tyga)..etc.

What made this performance a true memorable masterpiece was the inclusion of the the list of innocent Black people who suffered (injured or killed) at the hands of police brutality. After “Big Booty”, a black backdrop appeared reading, “THIS SHIT IS EXHAUSTING!”. Names included: Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Elijah McClain, Jacob Blake, & Ahmaud Arbery. The concluded message across the screen read “WHY IS IT SO HARD BEING BLACK IN AMERICA?”
