Houston, TX– One of Houston’s most unique chicken wings establishments, Stuff’d Wings, has successfully elevated from a food truck to well-known restaurant within a year. In efforts to continue the introduction of their new store front, Stuff’d Wings plans to curate events and experiences that display music, fashion, food, and the community. With that said, Stuff’d Wings is hosting an H-Town inspired event on March 26th, National Purple Day to debut a new Purple Stuff Frozen Grape Lemonade inspired by Houston Legend Big Moe!

The National Purple Day celebration will honor Big Moe along with Wreckshop Records and their contribution to Houston’s music and culture, as a local saxophonist will play Big Moe hits and features.

Customers are encouraged to wear purple attire and try the new Purple Stuff drink and Stuff’d special featured meals; Flossin- funnel cakes and chicken tenders, and the Barre Baby-Stuff’d Wings and fries. Stuff’d Wings will also debut their purple stuff merchandise which will be available for purchase while supplies last.

Launched internationally in 2009, National Purple Day is also a day The Epilepsy Association of The Maritimes joined forces with The Anita Kaufmann Foundation supporting Epilepsy Awareness. There are approximately 50 million people around the world living with epilepsy making it one of the most common neurological diseases globally. The foundations believed the day should be committed to partnering with individuals and organizations around the world to promote epilepsy awareness. Including the Houston community in these efforts, Stuff’d Wings will partner with a local Epilepsy organization to shed light on the topic not often discussed in local communities.
